Vehicle Collisions

Vehicular crash reconstructions are a core specialty of JEA. Our Forensic Engineers provide an investigation into the factors involved in the crash and determine the crash and injury causations. The investigation and analysis include documentation and analysis of evidence from the scene, vehicles, and eyewitnesses’ statements. Our Forensic Engineers evaluate the vehicle components that may have contributed to the crash.

Premises Liability

Premises liability cases can result from the property owner’s negligence in permitting a hazardous condition on his property, or as a result of negligence on the part of the injured. Often, an investigation is required so that a court may determine who is at fault, and to what degree. JEA has decades of experience in the investigation and reconstruction of premises liability accidents.

Evidence Storage

Located onsite at our property’s main headquarters in Northwest San Antonio, our secured & monitored facility offers a single point of entry and is operated by full-time staff. Facility is equipped with inspection bays, lifts, equipment. The facility also provides inspection monitoring and recording.
JEA maintains all necessary storage equipment for tamper-free evidence storage. While litigation is ongoing, we offer outdoor and indoor storage options. Our storage items include automobiles, trucks, machining equipment, construction, vehicle components, motorized recreational vehicles and assorted perishables. We maintain forklifts and all necessary storage equipment for tamper-free evidence storage.
Chain of custody is maintained for all evidence entering and leaving our facility through written and photographic documentation. All evidence entering our facility is digitally documented and recorded.
These storage facilities are located on our main office property site, every service you need is performed in-house, saving you an untold amount of money on travel rates and hourly fees compared to other storage facilities.

3-D Surveying & Model Generation

With the use of state-of-the-art laser survey equipment and computer software, JEA can create accurate physical and digital three-dimensional models and environments.

Investigation, documentation, and computer generated replication of evidence is done with the use of state of the art programs and equipment.
